Wallace Don Johnson

Wallace Don Johnson, 84 of Teetersville, KY passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026. He was born on December 3, 1941, in Harlan County. Don was a retired Investigator having been employed by the Kentucky Department of Labor and believed in the Church of God faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Johnson and Flora Lawson Johnson; his siblings, Bill Johnson, Jessie James Johnson Jr., Jan Rose Fowler and Georgia Laughlin.

Survivors include his children, Lance Johnson, Todd Johnson, Joey Hawkins and husband Ernie, Ethan Johnson, Miley Johnson and Carmen Johnson. His grandchildren, Ally Marr and husband Will, Halee Long and husband Shane, McKenzy Johnson, Jared Hawkins and fiancée McKenzi, Jessie Johnson, Hunter Jonson and Shelby Johnson. His great grandchildren, Jude, Ezra and Birdie Marr, Meadow, Willow and Maverick Long along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 7-PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul White officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, from 5-PM until the funeral hour.

Entombment services will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11-AM at the Resthaven Cemetery of Keith, Ky with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
