Vencil Wayne Morgan

Vencil Wayne Morgan, age 82, passed away peacefully at Pikeville Medical Center on Monday May 01, 2023. Born September 21, 1940, in Three Point, KY. He attended Hall High School and served in the US Army. Vencil loved his family and was an avid UK fan. He was retired from Olentangy Commons in Columbus, OH where he lived for 46 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Elige & Ella Morgan.

Those left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife of 62 years, Mary Emma (Lowe) Morgan. His loving son, Timothy Morgan & wife Donna, his brother, Jack (Shirley) Morgan, and his grandson, Michael Morgan. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives, & friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 4, 2023 at 7PM in the Chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul White officiating.

Visitation will also be on Thursday beginning at 5PM until the funeral hour at the Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held Friday, May 5, 2023, at 11AM in the Resthaven Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Harlan County Honor Guard.
