Travis Wayne Fields

Travis Wayne Fields, 27, of Cawood, KY was born on February 16, 1996 and passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, at the UK Medical Center following a short illness.

He is preceded in death by his father, Rickie Fields Sr, his maternal and paternal grandparents, a brother-in-law and aunts and uncles.

He leaves to mourn his passing his mother, Verlie Pace and stepfather David Ray both of Baxter, KY; his wife, Mary Fields; his son Blaze Fields; his stepchildren, Gage Helton, Gabby Castrol and Joey Castro. His longtime girlfriend, Heaven Barnett; his three brothers, Rickie Fields Jr, Derrick Hensley and Marlin Fields and his sister, Tina Jewell; his nephews, Brently Ray Fields and Peyton Fields; his nieces, Jayleigh LaRae Fields, Paisleigh Nevaeh Fields, Cheyenne and Jadelen Bryant; his special family; Samantha Meade, Hannah Phillips, Stephanie and Josh Pace also their children, Michael, Lindsey and Logan Couch and several other relatives and friends also survive.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 1-PM at the Stanfill Cemetery with the Rev. Willard Pace Sr officiating with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11-AM until noon in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home.
