Stella Ann Perkins

Stella Ann Perkins, 80 of Pine Knot, KY passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1939 in Harlan County. Ann was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist Faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Samuel and Edna Lewis, her daughter; Edna Harris, her brother; Matthew Lewis, her sisters; Wanda Ross, Samina Ross and Ruby Lewis.

Survivors include her husband, John G. Perkins of Pine Knot, KY. Her children, David Perkins and Johnny Perkins both of Pine Knot, KY, Teresa Couch of Onieda, TN, Dana Griffith of Pine Knot, KY and Mike Perkins of Georgetown, KY. Two adopted children, Michael Perkins and Robert Perkins both of Pine Knot, KY. Ten grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. One brother, Paul Lewis of Onieda, TN and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 1PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will also be held Saturday, from 11-AM to 1-PM at the funeral home.
