Sally Belle (Tolliver) Bennett

Sally "Dude" Belle Bennett, 92, of Harlan, KY passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024, at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born September 23, 1932, in Dayhoit, KY and was a retired assistant dietician.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold D. Bennett; her parents, George Washington Tolliver and Dora Lee Gray Tolliver; her siblings, Tony, Bill, John, Jack, Margaret, June and Dorothy; a grandson, Evan Pettypiece.

Left to cherish her memory, are three children, Robert William Pettypiece Jr and wife Shirley of Benham, KY, Fredrick Ray Pettypiece and wife Mollie of London, KY, Christopher Lee Pettypiece of Arkansas; she is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin Pettypiece, Ashton Abbott, Chase Cooper, Lily Jo Pettypiece, Angie Vanover and Shawn Barnes.  Surviving great grandchildren include Peyton Lankford Pettypiece, Lexi Vanover, Grayson and Emma Rose Pettypiece, Carrow and Everett Abbott.  Several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends are also left to mourn the loss of Dude.
