SHIRLEY (ADKINS) NORTON

Shirley Adkins Norton, 63, of Webberville, Michigan, formerly of Elcomb, KY, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 3, 2022. She was born December 19, 1958 in Harlan, KY. Shirley was an associate in the retail business and believed in the Holiness faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Kathleen Adkins; her brothers, Jim, Lonnie, Frank, Troy and Joey Adkins; her sisters, Pat Tipper, Earlene Hammons and Glenda Adkins.

Survivors include two children, Donald Vanbonn and wife Samantha and grandchild, Aiden Vanbonn and James Vanbonn and wife Amanda; her sisters, Debbie Collett, Cathy Adkins, Angela Warren and Wanda Marsh; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 7PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Vonny Jones and the Rev. Allen Jones officiating. The visitation will also be Friday, starting at 5-PM until the funeral hour.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 11AM at the Tackett Hill Cemetery at Hulen, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
