Rosalie Burkhart

Rosalie Burkhart, 82, of Harlan, Ky. Passed away Thursday, August 27, 2020 at the Harlan Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born March 17, 1938 in Harlan, KY and a former resident of The Laurels Inc.  Ms. Burkhart had been a homemaker and believed in the Church of God faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Russell and Mary Smith Russell; her brother, Hobert Smith.

Survivors include her brother, Gary Russell of Georgia; her sisters, Barbara Ederige of North Carolina and Pauline Smith; her niece; Terry Ederige and several other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.
