Clyde Paul Johnson, 58 of Putney, passed away suddenly on January 8th, 2019 at his home. Paul was retired from Harbison Walker Refractory in Calhoun Georgia where he worked as a line forman. He believed in the Methodist faith.
He is preceeded in death by his parents, Jimmy and Beatrice Johnson of Putney; two brothers, James Johnson and Merle Toffer of Putney; and one sister Alice Cornett.
Paul is survived by his brother, Henry Mark Johnson of Cumberland; two sisters, Anna Tolliver of Loyall and Kathleen Johnson also of Loyall; a very close friend, Tracy Turner of Harlan and a host of neices and nephews family and friends.
As per Mr. Johnson's wishes, there will be no service and a private burial will be held at a later time.
