Myra Florence Morgan Pace 79, of Loyall, KY formerly of Evarts, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born August 2, 1941 in Middlesboro, KY. Myra was a retired secretary and substitute teacher, a member of the Evarts High School Alumni Association and a member of the Evarts Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph L. Morgan Jr., and Telvis Mae Wallace Morgan; her sister, Sharon Morgan Matej; her grandson, Ian Morgan Bradford and her nephew, Matthew Morgan.
Survivors include her children, Allen Pace and Glynis of Helton, KY, Melanie Cooper and husband, Jim of Versailles, IN, Kimberly Hobbs and husband, Jim of Harlan and Scott Pace and wife, Misty of Cawood. Her brothers, David Scott Morgan and wife, Marilyn of Elk Grove Village, Ill; Ralph Morgan III and wife, Marge of McGrath, AK and Everett Harrell of Wallins. Her grandchildren, Derek, Cameron, Lauren, Allen, Austin, Luke, Hayse and Parker; her great grandchildren, Evan, Wilder, Jaxon, Hunter, Asher, Amelia, Scott, Lincoln, Ainsley and Jacob. Her special friends, Brenda Huff, Myshawnna Card, Billie Enlow and Heather Bates and many cherished nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 7PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. David Johnson officiating. Visitation will also be Sunday after 5-PM until the funeral hour.
Graveside services will be held Monday, September 14, 2020 at 12PM at the Resthaven Cemetery at Keith, KY with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
