Linda Sue Nolan, 67, of Harlan, KY. formerly from Bledsoe, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 21, 2022. She was born December 23, 1954 in Harlan, KY. Mrs. Nolan had been a beautician and was a faithful member of the Chevrolet Missionary Baptist Church and she loved singing for the Lord.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Chloe Pennington; her brothers, Eugene, Bruce, Delbert Jr, Everett and Glenn Pennington; her sisters, Pauline Pennington and Martha Witt.
Survivors include her loving husband of 49 years, Glen Dale Nolan of Harlan, KY; her two children, Anthony Nolan and wife Tara of Harlan, KY and Penny Sharp and husband Ben of Harrogate, TN; her four grandchildren whom she cherished, Drew and Weston Nolan, Chloe and Logan Sharp; her four sisters, Doris Turner of Bledsoe, KY, Joy Coldiron of London, KY, Shirley Watts of Lexington, KY and Evelyn Gabbard of Jackson, KY. And several nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 1PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Eddie Huckleby and Robert Huckleby officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with Drew Nolan, Logan Sharp, Weston Nolan, Floyd Turner and family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will also be Saturday, from 11AM until the funeral hour in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home.
