Kenneth Dakota Napier, 74, of Bledsoe, KY departed this life on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in Lexington, KY. He was born February 9, 1952, in Bledsoe, KY. Ken was a retired dozier operator for the coal industry for many years and a Christian by faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Bennie Napier and Myrtle Burns Napier and his brother JR Napier.
Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Kathy Napier of Bledsoe, KY; his daughter, Heather Myria Crain and husband David of Bledsoe, KY. His three precious grandsons whom he loved unconditionally, Austin Collin Crain and fiancé Laila, Braxton Cameron Crain and Benjamin Conner Crain. His brother, Clark Napier and wife Denise of Rockholds, KY; his sisters, Glenda Young and husband Robert of Putney, KY, Vickie Hacker and husband Jeff of Stinnett, KY, Dorothy Trosper and husband James of Corbin, Ky and Carol Collett and husband Dean of Manchester, KY. Also, several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.
Services will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 2 o'clock at Napier Cemetery at Bledsoe, Kentucky with Rev. Glen Sparks officiating.
