Kathy (Owens) Kirk

Kathy Owens Kirk, 72 of Cawood, Kentucky went to be with the lord on December 19, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born on October 6, 1948 to the late Walter & Nettie Owens. She was a retired CNA and loved cared for all of her patients and family.

Kathy is proceeded in death by her husband, Johnny Kirk and parents and siblings: James Owens, Bonnie Barker, Barbara Cameron, Merle Owens, Joyce Vinesett, Margret Hill and Jerry Owens.

Kathy is survived by her son, Jamison Kirk and special friend Danica Smallwood of Berea KY, her stepson, Brian and wife Sandra and their children Sara and Little Brian Kirk of Kingsport Tn. Her brothers, Danny and wife Peggy Owens, Chip and wife Tammy. Her niece Darlene and husband John Ambrose; her sister-in-law Nancy Owens, and several special nieces and nephews along with a host of family and friends.

A private burial will take place at Fields Cemetery at Cawood, KY,

A private family service will be held at a later date.
