Joan Leoblein Obituary

Joan E. Leoblein, age 88, of Monroe, went home to be with the Lord on August 10, 2022.

She was born on January 22, 1934, daughter of the late Sylvester and Inez Ensman.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Jack W. Leoblein; her son, John W. Leoblein and by her daughter, Jill Ann Karst. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Powell (Ron); her grandchildren, Ryan Powell (Dana), Emily McCutcheon (Matt), Drew Karst (Jackie) and Laura Young (Justin); her great-grandchildren, Hudson, Peyton, Lincoln, Lucy, Jude, Willow, Brayden, Tucker, Tal and Maxwell and by her brother, Jerry Ensman (Tina) and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm until 3:00pm Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Benton Heights Presbyterian Church. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Joan Leoblein will begin at 3:00pm in the church sanctuary. McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe, NC is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Leoblein.
