Jimmie Wayne Tinsley

Jimmie Wayne Tinsley, SR. 59 of Baxter, passed away February 7, 2020 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born July 4, 1960 at Cawood, Kentucky. Jimmie was top hand tower tech having been employed by Wolverine Wireless. He also believed in the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Hazel Tinsley; his brother, Gilbert Tinsley and sisters, Ann Day and Betty Sue Tinsley.

He is survived his wife, Glenda Tinsley; his son, Jimmy Tinsley and wife Crystal; his step-children, Doyle Turner and wife Misty, Tonya Turner, Tommy Turner and (Barb Stewart), Tara Nicole Turner and (Jason Fultz), David Lee Simpson, Ricky Scott  Simpson Jr. and (Anna Saylor). Also surviving is 27 grandchildren; his brothers, Denver Tinsley, Willie Tinsley and Jerry Tinsley; his sister, Darlene Foley and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will  held Friday, at 7-PM in the chapel of Henson & Rich Funeral Home. Visitation will also be Friday starting at 5-PM.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, at 11-AM at the Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
