James Rhymer Obituary

James Rhymer, 78 of Harlan, passed away on April 09, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Robert Rhymer and Frances Boatwright. Many friends are left to cherish his memory. Per his wishes, no services were planned. Burial was held at Tway Cemetery.
