Frances King, 75, of Harlan, entered her Heavenly home on Sunday, September 15, 2019 surrounded by her family and friends. She was a member of the Molus Pentecostal Church and loved her church family dearly. Frances enjoyed serving the children macaroni and cheese at Vacation Bible School and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Bonell King; her daughter, Cynthia King; her mother; Dorothy Hofer; her sisters, Sue Bevins and Jean Krause.
She is survived by her daughters, Mona Davis and (Ralph Edwards) and Bonita and husband Vonny Jones; her grandchildren, Jessica and husband John Middleton, Christina King, Vonny Jones Jr., Amber and husband Daniel Turner and Haley Jones. Her great grandchildren, Braydon King, Macy Middleton and Jaylee Gray; her longtime friend; Glenda Madon and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1-PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Stepp officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery the brothers of the Molus Pentecostal Church and her family will serve as pallbearers
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 – 9 PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home and after 10-AM until the funeral hour on Thursday.
