Ernie Lee Miracle

Ernie Lee Miracle, 72, of Rosspoint, KY formerly of Ages, KY died Friday, October 23, 2020. He was born April 25, 1948 in Augusta County VA. Ernie was a retired mechanic having been employed by the Harlan County Board of Education and believed in the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ewing Miracle and Dora Ellis Miracle.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Miracle of Rosspoint, KY; his daughter, Janet Belcher and husband Mike of Rosspoint, KY; his grandchildren, Michael Belcher and wife Corrina and Savannah Owens and husband Brian all of Rosspoint, KY. His great grandchildren, Allison Jolene Owens, Annalee Hart Owens, and Jase Michael Belcher; five brothers and one sister. His special nieces and nephews, Kathy Johnson, Wanda Pennington, David Wayne Gilbert, James Kelly, Tracy Estes, Pamela Lilly and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

Graveside services will be held Monday, October 26, 2020 at 2PM at the Resthaven Cemetery with the Rev. Danny McCreary officiating. Pallbearers will be Michael Belcher, Brian Owens, Mike Belcher, James Kelly, Dustin North, Billy Hatmaker and JJ Johnson.

In accordance with phase 2 of the COVIS-19 event dated JUNE 20, 2020 by the Kentucky Governor, capacity restrictions and social distancing guidelines will be followed during all services including the wearing of face coverings for the safety of our families and guests.
