Elden Johnson, 93 of Wallins was born on September 30, 1926 at Cardinal Kentucky and died June 11, 2020 in LaFollette, Tennessee. He was a former coal mine and a US Army Veteran of World War II.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hillary and Della Hobbs Johnson; his brothers, Keen Johnson and George Johnson; his sisters, Curlene Saylor, Alma McMullen and Audrey Long.
He is survived by his brother, Wendell and wife, Beverly Johnson of Wallins, Wade and wife, Georginna of Cardinal, KY and Veronica Anglin of Molus. A special friend, Clyde Heck of Maynardville, TN. Also, a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Services will be Saturday June 13, 2020 at 1 o’clock at Resthaven Cemetery Chapel with Rev. Freeman Clark officiating. Military Burial Honors will be performed by the Harlan County Honor Guard.
