Edna (Sargent) Howard

Edna M. Howard, 85, of Loyall, KY entered into her Heavenly home on Thursday, May 2, 2024. She was born May 17, 1938, in Grays Knob, KY to the late Melvin Sargent and Mary Clem. Edna was a homemaker and a member of the Bridgeport Baptist Church of Chicago, Il.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest R. Howard; her sons Jerry Dale Blanton, and Jess Blanton; her brothers, William, Roy and Edward Sargent; her sisters, Edith Sargent, Eva Sargent and Helen Brannon.

She is survived by her daughter, Sabra Howard and husband Glen; her daughter-in-law, Alice Blanton; her grandchildren, Mindy Patterson and husband Jonathan, Jeri Lynn Milwee and husband Roy and Bradley Howard and wife Lyndsey; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Sarah, Brody, Mary Ellen Patterson, Ridge Milwee and Sophie Howard. Along with a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11AM at Resthaven Chapel of Keith, KY with Stan Nicely, Jr officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
