Daniel Eric Nantz

Daniel Eric Nantz, 38, of Lexington, KY passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the UK Medical Center. He was born July 15, 1982 in Harlan, KY. Daniel was a painting contractor and believed in the Protestant faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Nantz and his brother, Mark Nantz.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Moore and husband Jerry; his children, Alexander Collett, Caitlyn Collett, Daniel Nantz, Cameron Nantz and Dean Nantz. His sister, Jennifer Nantz Simpson; his nieces and nephews, Lillian Nantz, Noah Kirby, Allison Kirby and Hunter Simpson; and several other relatives and friends also survive.

In accordance with phase 2 of the COVIS-19 event dated JUNE 20, 2020 by the Kentucky Governor, capacity restrictions and social distancing guidelines will be followed during all services including the wearing of face coverings for the safety of our families and guests.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1-PM in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Stan Nicely and the Rev. Wayne Caldwell officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-AM until the funeral hour on Saturday. Graveside services will be conducted Monday, October 5, 2020 at Resthaven Cemetery at 11-AM family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
