Consuela Napier Obituary

Consuela Marie Napier, 26, of Lansing, MI. Formerly of Harlan, KY passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at her residence. She was born March 13, 1996 in Harlan, KY. Miss Napier was a former employee of Wal-Mart and believed in the Church of God Faith.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Kenneth E. Casteel I and Fairlene Lewis Casteel.

Survivors include her loving mother, Connie Casteel; her sister, Amy Rebecca Napier; her niece, Destiny Rose Myles-Casteel and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends also survive.
