Bobby Ray "Pap" Harrison

Bobby Ray “Pap” Harrison, of Zimmerman, MN formerly of Ages, was born January 5, 1939 and passed away on August 28, 2019 at Wednum Residential Hospice in Minnesota. He is a US Army Veteran. He was an amazing musician who could play any instrument he touched. He loved playing music for his family and friends, loved fishing and coming home  to visit and never met a stranger.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Siler Harrison and Ida Mae Rainey Harrison; his brothers John Harrison and Ivan Jewel Harrison.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lynda J. Harrison; his son, Terry and wife, Dee Dee Harrison of Rosspoint; his daughter, Kathryn Harrison of Corbin; his grandchildren, Travis and wife, Felicia Harrison, Deanna and husband Seth Aslinger, John Osborne and Chesney Osborne.  His greatgrandchildren, Springlynn Harrison, Raelynn Harrison, Braxton Cornett, Brayden Skidmore and Serenity Skidmore. His sibblings, Darlene Couch Yeary, Nellie Hendrix Minnie Brogan, Donnie Harrison and James Harrison. Also a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A celebration of life for his family and friends will be held September 7th at the home of his son, Terry at Rosspoint from 2-5PM.
