Betty K Middleton

Betty K. Middleton, 86, of Baxter, went to be home with the Lord on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at her home with her family by her side. She was born July 26, 1939, in Tennessee. Ms. Middleton was a homemaker whom enjoyed sewing, reading and thrifting. She was also a member of the Rosspoint Church of Christ.

Her husband, Arnold David Middleton, her parents, Wade Boone and Nora Bailey Boone; her sisters, Dorothy Mae Gibson, Alma Jean Hill and Pauline Boone; her son-in-law, Ellis Maggard precede her in death.

She is survived by her loving children, Ronnie and wife Joyce Strunk of Mozelle, KY; Richard and wife Anita of Baxter, KY; Kathy and Sheb Wilson of Fresh Meadow, KY; and Lisa Maggard of Eolia, KY. One grandchild, Tabitha Grace Middleton of Corbin, KY; Three great grandchildren, Declan Thompson, Freya Jo Middleton and Zerek David Middleton; One brother, Daniel Cecil Boone of Indiana; Her very special friend, Doris Davenport of Rosspoint, KY. And several other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 15, 2026, in the chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home from 5-7 PM with funeral services starting at 7-PM with the Rev. Paul White officiating.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11-AM at Resthaven Cemetery of Keith, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
