Sheila Bledsoe Obituary

Sheila Sue Bledsoe, 69 of Putney KY passed away at her home with family by her side on January 29th 2024. Shelia believed and rejoiced in the Pentecostal faith. Sheila retired from Harlan ARH where she worked in house keeping department and as a cook in dietary department, during that time she made many loving friends. Shelia was loved and adored by all who knew her.

She is proceeded in death by her mother Evelyn Coursey, father, Eddie Noe, her sisters, Marcella Fee, and Cora Faye Thompson and her loving husband James Bledsoe

Left to cherish her life and memories are her daughter Angela Hensley (Micheal Bowling) of Wallins KY, her grandchildren Bryttany (John) Lewis of Putney KY, Justin Hensley (Jessica) of Wallins KY, Jacob Hensley of Putney KY, her great granddaughter who was her best little friend and light of her life Arizona McKenzie Lewis of Putney KY, a bonus great-granddaughter Kennedy Orgeron of Evarts KY, brother Jerry Noe of Putney KY, sister Margaret Ann Bopp of Putney KY, brother Dave (Jan) Noe of Radcliffe KY, brother John Noe (Barbara) of London KY, and sister Myrtle Knuckles of El Paso TX. Special added family Brittany (Josh) Lewis of Nolansburg KY and Colbie Clay of Nolansburg KY, A special nephew Joshua Hubbard of Wallins KY, A special niece Donna Castellanos of El Paso TX, and a very special friend Phyllis Turner of London KY, along with a host of many other special nieces, nephews and friends that she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1PM in the chapel of Henson & Rich Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Turner officiating.

Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with Justin Hensley; John Lewis; Josh Hubbard; Jacob Hensley; Colbie Clay and Josh Lewis serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 11AM until the funeral hour on Saturday.
