Ricky Allen Haynes, 58 of Cawood, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday following a long illness. Rick was a contractor and believed in the Pentecostal Faith.

His parents, Ray and Francis Marie Haynes; his brother, Jack Haynes; his sisters, Della Lewallen and Irene Gibbons preceded Rick in death.

He is survived by his son, Brandon Haynes of Cawood; his step-son, Robert Allen of Cranks; his grandchildren, Brandon Michael Ray Haynes, Daniel Adam Haynes, Justin Allen, Hannah Allen and Cameron Allen; his longtime companion, Sharon Allen of Cawood; his brothers, Bob Haynes of Rogersville, Tn., Jesse Haynes of Tazewell, Tn., Billy Ray Haynes of Evarts and James Haynes of Cawood; his sisters, Betty Logan of Cawood and Shirley Napier of Rose Hill, Va. And several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, at 1-PM in the Chapel of the Henson & Rich Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenny Clem and the Rev. Gary Grubbs officiating. Visitation will also be Saturday, after 12-PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to be made for funeral expenses.
